Beth Stevens is an Austin, Texas attorney with over fifteen years of legal experience. From the outset, Beth was a litigator, moving from a small law firm to the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel to work on cases involving attorney discipline.
As a trial attorney with the CDC for over five years, she gained extensive trial experience, working on seminal prosecutorial misconduct cases against Ken Anderson and Charles Sebesta with Laura Popps as lead counsel.
In 2017, Beth became the Voting Rights Legal Director at the Texas Civil Rights Project, overseeing a team of attorneys and other legal professionals in litigation and non-litigation projects. After years of helping lead the charge in cases filed under the National Voter Registration Act and advocacy focused on enhancing access to the right to vote in Texas, Beth was tapped for a role helping run elections in Harris County, Texas. She worked for the elections office for over two years before moving back to Austin full time in the summer of 2022.
